Our Team

Our trainers (associates) are leading specialists in housing and community care/mental health law in Wales.

A combined experience of over 10 years in providing bespoke training to organisations, our training associates will ensure to build a rapport with delegates and condense information so that legal knowledge can be utilised on a practical basis.

Our commitment is to demystify the law, making it accessible and easy to undestand for diverse audiences.

"You can feel the passion and knowledge the trainer has for the subject - I took away so much for my day to day work with clients."

- Hayley F (Housing Association Tenancy Worker)

What do our clients say about us?

"Housing Sage worked with us to create a bespoke programme for our staff in 2021-2022. They catered to our staff and needs and adapted their training programme so that our advisers could use the information in their work."

  • Sandra K (Local Authority)

"HS made sure to include information about equality and diversity matters in the training, this was so important as we work with Gypsy and Travellers and often this area is overlooked in a housing context."

  • Deana R (Tenancy Support)

"The trainer made sure to take time to answer all of our questions, it was like having our own housing guru to discuss real life case scenarios, it helped putting the law into practice so much!"

  • Neil W (Housing Association ASB Officer)

"Housing law training can often be full of legal jargon and overpriced. I felt that Housing Sage catered the training to our staff's needs and didn't provide a "template course." They were efficient, cost effective and we look forward to our continuing relationship in 2022."

  • Emma F (Local Authority Homelessness Team)
